By demurrer to the bill in cause No. 428, and by motion to quash the petition for condemnation in case No. 429, the constitutionality of chapter 8, Acts 1929, was raised. The bill in the first named cause seeks a perpetual injunction against the state bridge commission restraining it from exercising its powers under the act; and the petition in the other case seeks condemnation of defendant’s lands for bridge purposes under the act.
