After a jury trial, appellant Roscol L. Hines was found guilty of the felony offense of driving while intoxicated (“DWI”). Based on the jury’s recommendation, the trial court sentenced Hines to thirty-five years confinement. On appeal, Hines claims: (1) the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress; (2) the evidence was legally insufficient to support his conviction; (3) the trial court erred in admitting into evidence a video from an officer’s dashboard camera; and (4) the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury it was…
