PROCTOR, District Judge:

Melvin Hubert Holmes appeals his convictions and sentences for one count of production or attempted production of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) and one count of possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). Holmes was charged with surreptitiously videotaping his teenage stepdaughter performing her daily bathroom routine over a period of approximately five months, and being in possession of videos and depictions of her in the nude.
