Angela Burns sued J. B. Trucking, Inc., and Grange Indemnity Insurance Company (“Grange”), among others, for injuries she sustained when J. B. Trucking’s employee, Chadwick Franks, crashed the box truck he was driving into her vehicle. After a trial, the jury *533found in favor of Burns, and the trial court entered a final judgment in her favor.
