The defendants, Dennis Colameta (“Colameta”) and Monument Data Solution, LLC (“Monument”) (collectively “defendants”), move for an award of attorneys fees, and expenses and costs. The defendants contend that they are entitled to such an award pursuant to the provisions of Colameta’s employment agreement with the plaintiff, Protégé Software Services, Inc. (“Protégé”), as well as under Mass.R.Civ.P. 54andG.L.c. 261.
