This is a proceeding brought pursuant to article 78 of the CPLR to review and annul a determination of the Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York (Superintendent), approving an increase in subscriber premium rates of the Associated Hospital Service of New York (AHS), a nonprofit hospital service corporation organized and existing under the provision of article 9-C of the Insurance Law.
