As alleged in the first paragraph of the petition in this case, “Miss Jimmie P. Gray is an invalid and non compos mentis, and thereby incapacitated to look after, manage, and attend to her business affairs.” So H. W. Gray brought the petition as her next friend, alleging that the “ Georgia Loan and Trust Company is a foreign or non-resident corporation having an office and place of business in the City of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia,” and that W.
