One Seymour J. Goodman, complainant below, appellee here, employed formerly as an advertising solicitor by the Baltimore Post, did not continue his position when that paper was absorbed by the Baltimore News in 1934. Messrs. Joseph and Walter Goldstein at that time were partners in a printing business using the name, Twentieth Century Printing Company. The Goldsteins had in their establishment a rotary press which they were anxious to keep busy.
