OPINION

This is an appeal in a criminal case. Julia Holmes, 504 South Grant Avenue, Columbus, Ohio was arrested on July 21, 1955. Upon a charge of disorderly conduct, she was found not guilty by the court sitting as jury. Upon the charge that she “did unlawfully, knowingly and willfully resist and obstruct in the execution of his office one J. Cameron then and there being an officer of said city, to-wit, a Police Officer on the Police force of said City of Columbus, by violently resisting, trying to break away from officer’s grasp ....
