This action is brought by the assignee of the contract hereinafter set forth to specifically enforce its terms. She afterwards died, and the action was revived in the name of her executor. The defendants plead that the land described in the contract is their family homestead; that they are aged and in feeble health; that Robert Gill is unable to read or write, and Almira J.
