MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

HUYETT, District Judge.

Following a jury verdict of guilty on ten counts of an indictment charging uttering U. S. Treasury checks with forged endorsements 1 and possession of stolen mail, 2 the defendant John B. Sample, Jr. was sentenced on March 19, 1973 to a suspended sentence with a probation term of three (3) years on each count. 3 A condition of defendant’s probation was that he refrain from violation of any law. 4 Upon motion of the government averring that the defendant had violated his probation, we issued a warrant for defendant’s arrest on February 27, 1974, and…
