This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing a petition for habeas corpus. The petitioner was convicted in the lower court by a jury on a charge of murder in the first degree and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was represented at the trial by Lie. Obdulio Bauzá, who was appointed by the court.. A notice of appeal was filed, but we dismissed the appeal for failure to notify the district attorney with the notice of appeal.
