MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

For want of unbiased data, expert evidence is lost. The defendants in this antitrust case have moved to exclude the proposed testimony of the plaintiffs’ expert witness, Dr. Frederick C. Dunbar, pursuant to Federal Rules of Evidence 702 and 703 on the ground that his methods and the resulting testimony are unreliable. Many of the defendants’ arguments are without merit.
