BENAVIDES, Circuit Judge:

Ronald Eugene Henry appeals his conviction for possession of a firearm while subject to a court order in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(8), alleging, among other things, that the indictment was defective because it did not allege the scienter element of “knowing” set forth in the corresponding punishment provision of 18 U.S.C. § 924(a)(2). Finding no reversible error with respect to his conviction, we affirm the conviction. Henry also argues that the district court committed plain error in calculating his criminal history category.
