The Office of Disciplinary Counsel ("ODC") filed a petition for discipline against Andre Beauregard, Esquire, the managing partner of his law firm, Brown, Shiels & Beauregard, LLC, for failing to maintain the books and records of his law firm as required by the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct. The ODC also charged Mr. Beauregard with filing an inaccurate 2015 Certificate of Compliance.
