On Rehearing.

In support of his application for a rehearing counsel for the appellant urges four propositions for our consideration.

The first is that the trial court erred in sustaining the State’s objections to certain questions propounded on cross-examination to the witness Guy Grissom, a kinsman by marriage to the appellant, who had testified on direct examination that in his opinion the appellant was sane at the time of the commission of this offense.
