INTRODUCTION

This action arises from a lawsuit filed against Warner-Lambert Co. (“Warner Lambert”) by Harvey Albert (“Albert”), who was then represented by Attorneys Albert P. Zabin and Robert C. Zaffrann of the law firm of Schneider Reilly, LLP (together “the attorney defendants”). Albert contends that the negligence of the attorney defendants, along with that of his expert witness, Robert Brandwein of Policy & Management Associates, Inc.
