Bertrand Eichelberger appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing.
On August 9, 1999, in accordance with a plea agreement with the State, Appellant appeared before the circuit court and entered pleas of guilty to one count of statutory sodomy, two counts of child molestation, and one count of misdemeanor sexual misconduct.
