This case was originally filed pro se by Aunare Loubser in the Hammond division at Lafayette on or about October 14, 2004. It has since made a trip to the Court of Appeals under the title of Loubser v. Thacker, 440 F.3d 439 (7th Cir.2006). More recently and relevant to this immediate proceeding is plaintiffs pro se 137-page, second amended complaint with 669 numbered paragraphs, filed on March 5, 2007.
