On November 23, 1998, the Honorable Dudley H. Bowen, Jr., Chief United States District Judge for the Southern District of Georgia, adopted my Report and Recommendation and remanded this matter to the Commissioner of Social Security (“the Commissioner”) for the consideration of new evidence pursuant to sentence six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). On remand, Plaintiffs application for Social Security Disability Benefits was approved by an Administrative Law Judge on August 25, 2000.
