This cause is before us on writ of error to review the action of the Circuit Court of Palm Beaeh County in granting a judgment of ouster in quo warranto proceedings instituted in the name of the State by its Attorney General, joined by certain property owners as corelators, which judgment ousted the Town of Boynton from exercising the jurisdiction and powers of a municipality over the lands of the corelators.
