A Texas corporation with a principal place of business in San Antonio initiated a lawsuit in the state of Maine against two Florida residents as personal guarantors of a bankrupt Florida corporation for breach of a sales and credit contract between the two corporations. Not surprisingly, the Defendants moved to dismiss on the ground that the Court in Maine lacks jurisdiction over them. Also before the Court is Plaintiffs motion for real estate attachment.
