*732 ¶ 1 After a jury trial, the defendant was convicted of aggravated driving while under *1276 *733 the influence of alcohol (Aggravated DUI) ( 625 ILCS 5/11-501(a)(2), (d)(1)(A), (d)(2)(A) (West 2008) and sentenced to a one-year term of imprisonment.
