This is an enforcement action brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) charging the defendants with various securities law violations in connection with British American Petroleum Corporation (“BAP”). At the relevant times, defendant John Forma was chairman of the board of directors and majority shareholder of BAP.
