The defendant, Anna V. Faust, as administratrix of the estate of Dorothy F. Roop, deceased, has made this motion for an order dismissing the complaint ‘ ‘ on the ground that the court has not jurisdiction of the person of the defendant, Anna V. Faust as administratrix of the estate of Dorothy F.
