The plaintiffs in this securities fraud class action contend that, from October 1, 1998 through December 8,1999 (“the Class Period”), defendant Tyco International Ltd., acting under the control, at the behest, or with the knowledge of individually named defendants Michael A. Ashcroft, Mark A. Belnick, L. Dennis Kozlowski, Robert P. Mead, and Mark H.
