This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Remand (Doc. #6) filed on January 6, 2014. Defendant filed a Response in Opposition (Doc. # 11) on January 21, 2014.
Paula Bonnafant (plaintiff or Bonnafant) filed a Complaint (Doc. #3) against Chi-co’s FAS, Inc.
