— I. The defendant is the mother of the plaintiff. She is also the mother of E. D. Beamer, known in the record as Dora Beamer, who is her only son. He and plaintiff are her only children. Her husband, Zadock Beamer, died May 30, 1916. The plaintiff and defendant were before us in a certain litigation following the death of the husband and father, entitled Huffman v. Beamer.
