Action of foreclosure. This action was brought by the First State Bank of St. Edward, hereafter referred to as the St. Edward bank, against Sven Niklasson et al., defendants, to foreclose a second mortgage upon certain lands in Platte county. The first mortgage for $10,000 is not in controversy and the holder thereof is not a party.
