A conflict exists in the record between the trial court’s oral denial of a motion to quash Appellant’s information and its subsequent written order granting the same motion. The State asks this Court to reverse the judgment of the court of appeals, which held that the trial court lost jurisdiction to accept Appellant’s guilty plea after it signed the order granting his motion to quash.
