T1 In this modification of child custody proceeding, Respondent Amy Wingert (Mother) appeals from the trial court's order sustaining Petitioner Jeremy Johnson's (Father) Motion to Modify Custody. The trial court sug sponte terminated the parties' joint custody arrangement, finding joint custody was no longer viable and a permanent and material change of conditions had occurred since the entry of the original eustody order.
