This case is before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for class certification. Plaintiffs, four present female employees of defendant General Motors Acceptance Corporation (“GMAC”), brought this action against their employer under the provisions of Title VII *123of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
