*953Kennedy E. Worley instituted an action at law against the Atlantic Life Insurance Company, upon a policy of life insurance issued on the life of her husband, Johnathan P. Worley, in which she was the beneficiary. Mr. Worley, the insured, died on June 2, 1929. The case was tried by a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of the defendant insurance company.
