—In two related actions to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiffs John Thomas and Neville Brown appeal from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Milano, J.), entered September 21, 1998, which, upon a jury verdict finding that the defendant Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority was not at fault in the happening of the accident, dismissed the complaint in Action No. 1, and (2) a judgment of the same court, also entered September 21,1998, which, upon a jury verdict finding that the defendants Yang S.
