This is an appeal from two convictions after a trial *237de novo in the district court for Lancaster County, before a jury, for violations of an ordinance of the City of Lincoln, Nebraska. On appeal, the defendant contends (1) that the ordinance under which he was prosecuted is unconstitutional, and (2) that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
