This action was brought to recover the' possession of 150 shares-of stock of the American Press Association 'and 10 shpes^of, the= preferred1 stock of the Hildreth Varnish Company, which had been transferred to an attorney for professional services. May Thorne: Brantingham recovered a judgment against Eunice E. Huff and others, whereby she obtained the. possession of the-stock, the subject of this action.
