The appellee, Allison, filed his petition in the district court of Hemphill county, which, omitting the formal parts, is, in substance, as follows: That plaintiff Allison and defendants Will Crow and W. B. Johnson reside in Hemphill county; that defendant Darlington resides in Kansas City, Missouri, and defendant J. C. Rawlings resides in Wheeler county.
