DECISION AND ORDER
LARIMER, Chief Judge.
Plaintiffs, Aaron Sabatini (“Aaron”) and his mother, Sharon Sabatini (“Mrs.Sabati-ni”), commenced this action under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that defendant, Corning-Painted Post Area School District (“the District”), has denied Aaron his right to a Free Appropriate Public Education (“FAPE”), as guaranteed to him by IDEA.
