Plaintiff Kathleen Ross commenced this action pursuant to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12131 et seq., and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794 et seq. (“Rehabilitation Act”) against The City University of New York (“CUNY”), alleging that architectural barriers at Queens College hinder her ability to access.services and utilize programs offered there.
