Defendants Carter, Jones, and O’Meara appeal their convictions for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), 21 U.S. C. § 846 and 21 U.S.C. § 845b(a)(l) and (d)(2).
Defendants were convicted of various drug-related offenses discovered by an undercover police operation. Defendants assert several evidentiary issues on appeal, which they feel warrant reversal of their convictions.
