The adversaries in the above case are Tenneco Oil Company, Plaintiff, and a land man employed by Tenneco, Jim Joiner. The dispute has arisen over alleged mishandling by Joiner of leases and bonus money. The relief sought by Tenneco is first, for damages based upon common law fraud with respect to the handling of the leases, and a judgment for constructive trusts based upon leases which, following his termination, Joiner obtained for his own use and benefit.
