MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER SUSTAINING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S EXEMPTION CLAIM

The matter before the Court is the Chapter 7 Trustee’s objection to Debtor Jeannie Marie Howley’s claim of exemption of her interest in per capita payments from the Prairie Band of Potawatomi Indians.
