hFor the third time, this breach-of-contract case is before us.1 As with the previous appeals, the issue concerns appellee Riverside Marine Remanufacturers, Inc.’s liability to provide health insurance to appellants Patrick Booth (Pat) and Patsy Booth (Patsy) under a consulting agreement between Pat and Riverside.2 Following the latest remand, the circuit court found that Riverside did not breach its obligations to the Booths.
