Appeal by the respondent below from an order of the district court for Crow Wing county, Holland, J., presiding, directing the issuance of a peremptory writ of mandamus.

This is an appeal from an order directing that a peremptory writ of mandamus issue, addressed to the defendant, an assessor, requiring and compelling him, as such, to proceed with the assessment of real and personal property in certain territory alleged to be a part of Crow Wing county.
