OPINION OF THE COURT

David D. Egan, J.

An application has been made by Steven M. Wasserman for a license to carry a firearm concealed with "Hunting” given as the reason.

On April 25, 1984 the applicant was convicted of a felony in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. The defendant entered a plea of guilty to "conspiracy to distribute a Schedule II controlled substance, (Ct.l), in violation of T 21 U.S.C. Section 846.” The applicant was committed for imprisonment for a period of five years. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation…
