Erie Gr. Rosell on August 7, 1930, in the course of his employment and while subject to the Oregon workmen’s compensation act received an accidental injury. His claim for compensation was approved by the state industrial accident commission and he was awarded an allowance based on temporary total disability for a period of 13 and a half days. By final order, dated October 15, 1930, he was awarded compensation for permanent partial disability for 18 months, amounting to $436,30, which was paid to him in cash.
