Bell, Justice.
Appellant James Garrett Scully was convicted of the crimes of murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. We affirm.
The victim, William David Brinson, and the appellant were old friends. On December 23, 1985, the appellant visited the victim at his residence, and they quarreled over several grievances. During the course of the quarrel the appellant, who had brought a pistol with him, shot the victim. There were no eyewitnesses to the quarrel and shooting.
