OPINION

McHUGH, Presiding Judge:

[ 1 This case is before us on remand from the Utah Supreme Court with instructions to address any remaining issues. See In re Adoption of R.B.F.S. (R.B.F.S. II), 2011 UT 46, ¶ 22, 258 P.3d 583. We decide those issues now and affirm the trial court's decision enforeing B.S.'s (Father) voluntary relinquishment of his parental rights.
