UDALL, Justice.

Albert Dale Neil, hereinafter referred to as defendant, appeals from a judgment and conviction of guilty of robbery and conspiracy, rendered by the Pima County Superior Court on May 7, 1965.

The facts developed at the trial and viewed in the light most strongly in favor of upholding the jury verdict were these: on December 4, 1964, defendant, Joyce Dale, Michael Laub and Donna Culver gathered in the trailer occupied by defendant.
