Pending are motions for summary judgment filed by Defendant Mountaineer Gas Company (“MGC”), Plaintiff Cathy Greiner, and Defendant Columbia Natural Resources, Inc. (“CNR”). The motions are ripe for review. After careful consideration, the Court DENIES the motions. 1
